Dr CHAN graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2007. She obtained MRCP (UK) in 2010 and fellowship (FHKCP) in Infectious Diseases in 2014. She has special interests in infections in transplant recipients, patients with malignancies and other immunocompromised conditions.

Dr CHAN is a clinical psychologist at the AIDS Clinical Service of Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hong Kong. She has been working in the areas of clinical health psychology of HIV/AIDS and clinical neuropsychology in the past 18 years. She has particular clinical and research interest in the neurocognitive functioning of HIV-infected individuals.

Prof CHEN has been the founding director of HKUMed AIDS Institute since 2007 with interests in HIV vaccine and cure research. He received his PhD from NYU in 1996. He is currently a tenured full professor, F1000 member, editorial member of AIDS/JAIDS, and Chairman of Hong Kong Society for Immunology.

After completion of his basic physician training in internal medicine in University Medical Unit of Queen Mary Hospital, he joined the Social Hygiene Service in 1992 and was granted fellowship of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine in 1995. In 2009 he was appointed Consultant Dermatologist and since 2010 the head of Service.

Dr LEUNG obtained his PhD degree in the University of Hong Kong in 2018. As a postdoctoral fellow of the University of Hong Kong, he focused on the analysis of drug resistance and pathogenicity in Mycobacterium tuberculosis and HIV-1 using Next Generation Sequencing approach.

Dr RAGHUPATHY is an American trained hematologist-oncologist with keen interest in viral carcinogenesis. She has published large retrospective cohort studies evaluating risk factors for hematological malignancies in HIV. She is also studying genotypic variability of HHV8 in pathogenesis of HIV related malignancies including Kaposi sarcoma.
